Yesterday was a very good day! The new hatches had arrived and been installed. Lots of other work happened as well. We secured the extra fuel and water, lubed tracks, did some work on the windlass and some much needed laundry. We are ready to leave port today.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention some of the great food we had on the island over the last few days. We had a beautiful lunch at Waterfront with Zelma and Katie while waiting out an afternoon monsoon. The Thai at Lemongrass is top notch, and dinner at Cabrones to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Ben who recommended the surf and turf fajitas. So delicious.
